Redevelopment Plan
The City of Williams adopted its new redevelopment
plan on May 4, 2011. The proposed Redevelopment Plan
presents a process and framework from which the
Redevelopment Agency may implement redevelopment in the
proposed Project Area over a 30-year period. Below is
